Melissa Parsons leads with a talent-first mindset shaped by more than two decades as a senior leader in the tech industry. With over 30 years of experience in operations, project management, and service-based industries, she has built her career on optimizing complex processes and

developing high-performing teams.

Before founding Clean Flight Solutions, Melissa held key leadership roles at Amazon and Amazon Robotics, where she spearheaded large-scale automation initiatives, integrated AI-powered systems, and optimized global operations. Her work in robotics, cloud computing, and logistics not

only delivered multimillion-dollar efficiencies but also redefined how technology can elevate service industries.

Today, as an FAA-certified drone pilot, Melissa brings her innovation-driven approach to the world of exterior cleaning. Her vision is to deliver smarter, safer, and more sustainable solutions by combining drone-powered systems with a deep commitment to customer satisfaction and

environmental responsibility. As a proud woman business owner, she is helping reshape the industry-on her own terms.

Keith Parsons is an experienced aviation and construction professional with over 4,800 hours of UAS flight time and decades of experience leading complex, occupied-space projects. As COO of Clean Flight Solutions, he oversees technical operations and ensures safe, compliant, and

high-quality service delivery across the Tampa Bay region and beyond.

Keith is a recognized authority in drone applications for infrastructure inspection, construction mapping, media production, and public safety. He has served as a FAASTeam Representative and has taught UAS operations and FAA compliance at St. Petersburg College and Pinellas Technical

College. His aviation expertise is matched by a long history of owning and operating construction and masonry businesses, where he mastered the logistics of working in live, sensitive environments.
