Melissa Parsons leads with a talent-first mindset shaped by more than two decades in the tech industry. With over 30 years of experience in operations, project management, and service-based industries, she has built her career on optimizing complex systems and developing high-performing teams.

Before founding CleanFlight Solutions — a commercial drone exterior cleaning company — Melissa held senior leadership roles at Amazon and Amazon Robotics. There, she spearheaded large-scale automation initiatives, integrated AI-powered systems, and transformed global operations. Her work in robotics, cloud computing, and logistics drove multimillion-dollar efficiencies and redefined how technology can elevate service-based industries.

Today, as an FAA-certified drone pilot and founder of CleanFlight Solutions, Melissa brings her innovation-driven mindset to the exterior cleaning space. Her mission: to modernize drone pressure washing by combining aerial soft washing technology with a commitment to safety, customer satisfaction, and environmental responsibility. As a proud woman-owned drone cleaning business, Melissa is leading the charge in delivering smarter, safer, and more sustainable drone-powered exterior cleaning for commercial, industrial, and residential clients across the U.S.

Keith Parsons is an experienced aviation and construction professional with over 4,800 hours of UAS drone flight time and decades of experience leading complex, occupied-space projects. As COO of CleanFlight Solutions, a commercial drone cleaning company, he oversees technical operations and ensures safe, FAA-compliant, and high-quality drone exterior cleaning services across the Tampa Bay region and beyond.

Keith is a recognized authority in drone applications for infrastructure inspection, construction mapping, media production, public safety, and now drone pressure washing. He has served as a FAASTeam Representative and has taught UAS operations and FAA drone compliance at St. Petersburg College and Pinellas Technical College. His aviation expertise is matched by a long history of owning and operating construction and masonry businesses, where he mastered the logistics of working in live, sensitive environments.

At CleanFlight Solutions, Keith combines his deep technical knowledge with his boots-on-the-ground experience to raise the bar in aerial exterior cleaning—delivering faster, safer, and more effective drone-assisted pressure washing and soft washing solutions that work in the real world.
